Quardle is a two-player game. The objective of the game is to be the first participant to fill up your opponent's word column. Quardle's playing pieces resemble those of Othello. You must prevent your opponent from completing their word or phrase and capturing your letters by blocking their move.
This is a word game involving word association. Each participant in this game will have access to four letters (A, B, or D). The players take turns using the four provided letters to create as many words as feasible. If a player utilizes all four letters during their turn, they must pass to the next player. A player's remarks cannot be re-used on subsequent turns.
- The winner of the game is the first person to construct seven congruent words. For instance, if Player A uses the letters A, B, and C on his/her turn and Player B uses the same three letters, Player B has won because he/she has more congruent words than Player A, who did not acquire any new words.
- This version includes 6-packs and the ability to compete with peers via Game Center.
- In descending order of frequency, each letter in the word will be worth more points than its predecessor (A>B>C>D).
- Every time you construct a new word, your bonus multiplier increases by 1, then resets to 1.
- The winner is the first player to attain 21 points or run out of letters.
- Scores are not maintained between games, so you will not know if you have won or lost to your opponent.
