How can people who are not good at geography win Globle?

People who are not good at geography can completely win the Globle game. Knowing the game rules and knowing how to make use of the world map's support can help you conquer this geography game with only a little knowledge of this field. Read on for details.

Wordle's popularity has spawned many spin-offs. However, instead of just making a slight variation of the word game, many game creators have transformed its entire original design. Globle is one of the prime examples of a Wordle spin-off. This is a geography based game with the ultimate goal of finding out the name of a country.

How to Play Globle?

Globle gives all players only one puzzle per day. The answer is any country on the world map. Unlike Wordle, Globle is not a word-guessing game, but each of your guesses is the name of a country. Geographical distance clues will be provided with each guess. As follows:

You will start by entering the name of any country. The color shaded over that country will tell you how close the country you guessed is to the answer.

  • The country is highlighted in light color, which means that the target country is quite far from your guess in terms of geographical distance.
  • The country is highlighted in bold (red or orange), which means the target country is pretty close to your guess in terms of geographical distance.

Additionally, after the first guess, the game will provide you with the specific distance between your country and the target country. When you give a closer country to the target country, the number changes.

Your attempts are unrestricted. You can make guesses until you find the final answer.

How to win Globle when you are not good at geography?

In order for those who are not good at geography to win the Globe, the support of the world map is needed. Not only is this not cheating, but it's also a way for players to play while gaining more geographic knowledge. This is the right time to dust off the long-forgotten globe in your bedroom.

Even people who are good at geography sometimes forget some information or have some knowledge that needs to be added. So there's no shame in needing the globe or Google Maps as a reference. In fact, in addition to using the map, you also have to decide carefully about the direction and distance to make each subsequent prediction.

The feedback you get after each guess will be the clue and basis for making the next guess. Specifically, after giving an answer and receiving a "light-colored" response, you should not go around that area, but instead boldly give an answer in another distant place. It doesn't matter where it is as long as it is far enough from the previous guess.

Don't worry about whether you're not good at geography and can still win the Globle game or not. That is entirely possible. Don't forget our advice above.
