Chessle is a version of Wordle for people who like to play chess. You have six chances to guess the entire opening scene of the game. Like Wordle, this is a strange game that makes you think a lot about chess. The idea behind this game is simple: you guess the first three moves the white and black pieces will make, and Wordle-style color coding tells you where you got it right and where you got it wrong. The game can be switched between Normal and Hard modes if the player wishes to change the difficulty of the game.
Playing Chessle is simple and intuitive. You will see a chessboard with squares of various colors representing the first moves of the opening sequence. Green squares indicate that a particular move has been made on that particular move number in white, while yellow squares indicate that the move has been made but not in that exact location. On the other hand, gray squares indicate that a move was not made by the white or black pieces. Your task is to guess the entire opening sequence, step by step for both sides.
